From 1986 until today
The mexican Hot Spot
After opening our first Las Vegas Cuban Cuisine restaurants and sharing the authentic flavors of Cuban cuisine, we saw an opportunity to also embrace the growing popularity of Mexican food. In 1987, we created Vilas Mexican & Cuban Cuisine, offering our guests the best of both culinary traditions in one place. Since then, we have remained committed to serving delicious, authentic food and creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.
